Our Story
Brian started in Hoboken real estate in 2002. The waterfront was still half-built, Maxwell Place was a construction site, and PATH ridership was a fraction of what it is now. Over the next 24 years, Hoboken transformed — and the people who owned property here transformed with it.
Today's Hoboken owner is as likely to live in Charlotte, Tampa, or London as they are to live around the corner. The rental side of the business became a focus because the need became obvious. Out-of-state owners weren't getting served by sales agents. National property managers didn't understand Hoboken specifically. Self-managing was burning people out.
